This ancient post house has been beautifully restored and has lovely views over the surrounding Cognac vineyards. There is a large pool with plentiful loungers and a sofa and we enjoyed sitting there in the late afternoon and evening sun. The hosts, Sven, Philippe and Steven were so friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed a relaxed and delicious BBQ supper with them and other guests on the west facing terrace. Breakfast was also very good. Le Relais de Saint-Preuil was everything that we had hoped for and we will certainly recommend it to friends and return when next in the Cognac region.

The location is heavenly! The Dinner served was a huge highlight. Sven, Steven and Pierre (Owners) are very welcoming and hospitable! Igor and Boris the resident pups are adorable as are the resident cats! Spectacular experience! Many thanks to Sven, Steven and Pierre
