Le Relais de Saint-Preuil, The Originals Relais Vignes du Cognac

This ancient post house has been beautifully restored and has lovely views over the surrounding Cognac vineyards. There is a large pool with plentiful loungers and a sofa and we enjoyed sitting there in the late afternoon and evening sun. The hosts, Sven, Philippe and Steven were so friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed a relaxed and delicious BBQ supper with them and other guests on the west facing terrace. Breakfast was also very good. Le Relais de Saint-Preuil was everything that we had hoped for and we will certainly recommend it to friends and return when next in the Cognac region.
